Full description of the position

Inside sales representative, immediate opening. Looking for someone with sales aptitude. Maintain and service existing accounts and be the frontline inside sales representative of our product to new and existing accounts by contacting branch managers, and company owners. We manufacture a shingle roof accessory that we sell to building products stores. Comfort with scripted formats is a must.

Inside sales associate needs to be able to stay on task with little or no supervision in a small office environment. We use a structured approach to service existing customers and prospects and provide marketing support.

Depending on experience, direct supervision and teaching is provided for up to 6 weeks. We manufacture and have nationwide distribution of a shingle roof product (see [please apply online] )

• Within 6 weeks you will learn about the product and similar and related products
• Master relevant web based searching
• A variety of scripted explanations we use
• HubSpot CRM and other tracking and contact tools we use

A typical work day is mostly making calls supplemented with emails and regular mail you may send to service dealers and contact prospective dealers.

Behind the scenes support, we send several hundred mailers daily to roofing contractors, they often introduce our prospects to the product. Several roofing based Facebook groups are constantly updated about Garrdal as well as Facebook ads targeted to roofing related people on facebook. Monthly road trips are made to roofing dealers throughout the nation and we exhibit at roofing contractor and dealer trade shows several times a year.

Garrdal is a 5 year old company and will continue in a growth pattern for the next several years so there is much potential, especially for key individuals.

Monday to Friday, days. Flexible time off.

Base weekly salary plus commissions and bonus', the learning curve will be shortened if you are familiar with any of the following; B2B sales, phone rep, direct sales. These are helpful but not required.
