Now Hiring - Advanced Diabetes Supply - Sales Associate in San Antonio, TX

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the success and growth of the HCP Sales team. The Sales Associate will work within the scope of responsibilities as dictated below with guidance and support from Territory Business Managers and Regional Sales Managers.

Essential Functions

• Performs Doctor Outreach (Intro, Reconnect, and Check-in calls) Serves NCMS patients over the phone with the initial order of diabetes testing supplies and related products in their assigned area
• Organize and manage referral sources/agents utilizing the CRM tool; adding new referral sources, updating existing accounts, and deleting duplicate accounts
• Prepare follow-up lists for Territory Business Manager; assign by designated territories
• Prepare packages for referral sources; including but not limited to flyers and email notifications
• Monitor and troubleshoot pending files; provide updates and/or seek assistance from the referral source
• Represent ADS during sales calls, conferences, tradeshows, and related healthcare events
• Maintains and manages current records and administrative tasks, including sales reporting management
• Maintains accurate and detailed records in the company database
• Is reliable, engaged, and provides feedback to improve processes and policies
• Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements
• Attends all department, team, and weekly company meetings as required
• Duties and responsibilities may be subject to change based on the needs of the department
• Perform any additional responsibilities or special projects as required

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be computer literate, organized, and able to multi-task to prioritize functions
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and general public required
• Excellent customer service skills, including phone and interpersonal skills
• Clear diction and knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Work history of excellent attendance and punctuality
• Solid mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred; knowledge of diabetes a plus
• Some experience with medical insurance and/or DME a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, and speak) a plus
• The candidate must be based in San Antonio, Texas.

Compensation Package

The general hiring range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. In addition, benefits include:
