Job Title: Internet Salesperson

Job Description:

Culver City Chevrolet is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Internet Salesperson to join our team. As an Internet Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into sales by responding to online inquiries, phone calls, and emails from potential customers. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to online inquiries, phone calls, and emails from potential customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Participate in sales and training meetings, as well as product knowledge and other professional development courses as required.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of financing and leasing options and assist customers with the application process.
• Collaborate with the dealership's marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic to our website and generate leads.

Requirements:

• Current, valid, driver’s license, satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report, and sales license.
• Proven experience as an Internet Salesperson in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with digital tools, including CRM software, email, and social media.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products and services.
• Familiarity with financing and leasing options and the ability to assist customers with the application process.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
