Microwell Laboratories is seeking a Marketing Manager to acquire and manage accounts for its CLIA laboratory The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building and exceptional customer service skills. The position requires a highly motivated quick learner who works well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to continuously improve our client experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Utilize existing relationships/leads to generate accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
• Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
• Generate and submit sales reports to management
• Provide sales support for uncovered territories to maximize sales success
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Position Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience with a diagnostic clinical laboratory
• Strong understanding of clinical testing and specimen requirements
• Detail-oriented and able to exercise independent judgement.
• Self-starter works with a focused sense of urgency to resolve issues and complete tasks
• Excellent written, verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor
• Self-motivated and can work independently, with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
