The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge, skills and abilities

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience supervising, training and managing 6+ crew leaders and crews
• Must have knowledge of Florida plant material
• Must have knowledge of fertilizers, fungicides, chemicals and all aspects to properly maintain properties
• Must have irrigation experience
• Must have low-voltage lighting experience
• Must have troubleshooting experience
• Must be able to read and interpret detailed landscape plans
• Responsible for measuring properties and preparing proposals
• Supervise landscaping maintenance crews, as well as work performed on properties
• Coordinate from proposal to work order to precise execution of all clients' needs
• Must possess superior Customer Service skills
• Responsible for proactive and continuous/regular client communication
