What You'll Do:

  • Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions
  • Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions
  • Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers
  • Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.
  • Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
  • Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files
  • Create strong client relations over the phone and in person
  • Execute approved social media postings twice a week on multiple platforms
  • Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, training sessions, and Partner Call Knowledge and Skills: Service-oriented leadership Excellent at building rapport in person and over the phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High school graduate

Other Details:

  • Compensation DOE, $35,000 - $55,000
  • Arizona Real Estate License required
  • In-house work model, Monday to Friday, from 8 am - 5 pm, with a potential opportunity for hybrid work model at a later date
  • Occasional evening and weekend work for events will be expected

Pay: $51,560.00 - $59,397.00 per year
