Established and Growing MSP/IT consulting company servicing the Chicagoland area is currently looking for a professional IT Customer Service Manager and experienced IT Technical Sales Professional to lead our organization into new opportunities with current customers, as well as pursuing new customer relationships.

Unlimited potential in income and commissions.

Daily work from home tools will be provided
Computer, Cell Phone, Desk Phone

Work from home position unless meeting with customers or monthly meeting.

The ideal candidate will have top-of-the-line technical, customer service and support skills and the ability to communicate with clients/prospects in non-technical language. It is also essential that the candidate possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and resolve the technical challenges of the clients.

Required Experiences and Skills:
Understanding of Microsoft Networking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
