Full description of the position

The Membership Services Counselor responds to incoming calls, and provides members and customers with account status updates, processes payments and addresses inquiries regarding policy and/or procedure. The incumbent projects a professional image through phone interactions.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)

A minimum of 3 years of general office experience is required (Required)

The incumbent should be bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)

US work authorization (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
