Full description of the position

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service to our clients and who works well with other team members. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. Developing knowledge of our product line to assist clients with questions to secure sales will make you successful in this role and increase your income with the additional sales commission that accompanies each sale.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to secure sales
• Develop knowledge of all product lines
• Work with team members with various tasks
• Follow procedures when processing your paperwork
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,500.00 per month
