Driver Sales Representative

To be considered an ideal candidate, you should be an extremely competent and motivated sales person. Have the ability to work with limited resources, in fast-paced and energetic environments, and are ready to challenge yourself. Drive a Van or box truck to services your stores.

Responsibilities:

In your role as a Sales Representative, you will be part of our success by:

• Selling, negotiating, and executing business plans through fact-based selling techniques to achieve sales goals.
• Identifying selling opportunities to grow Alfa’s Sales during each store visit
• Develop new opportunities through maximizing distribution, share of shelf and selling displays
• Selling incrementally stock to support ads and brand marketing activity
• Selling in Alfa’s new product lines and gaining proper shelf placement
• Deliver customized presentations regarding Alfa’s programs and products, to store management
• Developing trusted customer relationships by anticipating customer needs; providing solutions and guidance related to business opportunities
• Manage a defined territory and develop new business opportunities

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Sales, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong problem solving, influence and negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to drive to multiple locations throughout a regular work day.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must have reliable transportation

Work requires long periods of walking, standing, bending or carrying moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds)

Extended work schedule which may include some night, weekend and early morning hours.

Commissions (2%, based on sales)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
