Exterior Sales Specialist

Essential Functions:

• Lead generation through prospecting, canvassing, referrals, and networking through local associations, trade shows, and conferences
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads
• Educating homeowners on Mighty Dog service offerings and differentiating from other service providers and product offerings
• Conducting roof inspections, scoping the projects, and generating project estimates
• Assisting homeowners in the insurance claim process and meeting insurance adjusters
• Ensure jobs sold and contacted achieve a minimum gross profit margin
• Achieve monthly quota for contracted sales

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in home services and/or direct to consumer
• Possess a high-energy magnetic personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and perform at an extremely high level
• Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance is helpful, but not required
• Ability to speak Spanish is ideal, but not required

Work Environment:
Mighty Dog Roofing’s sales role will be responsible for a variety of both on-site projects and office- related tasks. This role will report directly to the Franchise Owner(s) based in Charleston, SC.

Position Type/Expected hours worked:
This is a full-time position; some on-site projects are likely to require early mornings and late afternoons beyond a typical ‘9 to 5’ job. Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
