Sales Consultant (Bathroom)

Arnold's Home Improvement is expanding and we are currently in need of a outgoing and goal driven individual that is reliable, a fast learner and a team player that can get the job done. Although you do not need previous sales experience, you must possess impeccable customer service skills and strong drive for results, and the ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal.

Responsibilities

Running up to 10 pre-qualified leads per week (in home appointments generated/set by our call center) 2 appointments per day, working every other weekend.

You will be making in-home presentations with top homeowner leads who have expressed interest in receiving information regarding their bathroom. Your leads are generated for you and your appointments are pre-set.

Job Qualifications (Required):

• Minimum of 2-year sales experience (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our scripts/system
• Technologically experienced in using an iPad
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. without restrictions
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
• Must be able to handle a high volume of driving

Schedule:

• Full time-5 days a week, and every other weekend.
• Mornings, days, evenings (appointments are scheduled between 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM and can last up to 2 hours)
• Must be comfortable driving

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year (1st year earning could be less depending upon experience)
