Skyline Exhibits is a market leader in the exciting $100 billion trade show and event marketing industry.

The role of the sales administrator is assist in streamlining processes and to manage the Marketing Consultants projects and assist with any administrative duties, leaving the Marketing consultant time to go after new business and focus on making sales. The main focus for the Project Manager is quoting, ordering, project management and supporting specific Skyline projects including but not limited to(goldmine, quotewerks, seminars and company functions etc).

High Priority Tasks:

Quoting

• Create quotes in QUOTEWERKS

Ordering

• Place orders with Skyline Corporate and Outside Vendors
• Checking/Enforcing deposits on orders
• Checking for unauthorized discounts

Project Management

• Tracking orders
• Shipment
• Order Accuracy
• Cost
• After job is complete job information/paperwork will be handed to Front Admin to file. * Art Department
• Scheduling

Administrative

• Managing special projects
• Manage Art Schedule
• Goldmine upgrade
• Maintenance of Goldmine and Quotewerks
• Streamlining Processes
• Seminars and Events
• etc

Lower Priority tasks:

• Attend meetings
• Answer Client calls
• Requests
• Correctly filling out an submitting requests to the Art and Service department
• Art
• Service * Database Management
• Maintaining current client records
• Adding new client contacts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
