ALIGN Executive Search is a national private search firm specializing in the Senior Care industry. We are seeking a strong sales professional for our Residential Living Advisors position in San Francisca Peninsula CA. This position will spend a significant amount of time doing outreach in the community.

This is an leadership role with a very well known respected organizations in the industry that is known for being a great company to work for. Your primary goal is to obtain new residents for the Assisted Living facility and maintain positive and understanding relationships with all prospective clients and their families.

Qualification Highlights:
Strong Sales Skills.
Salesforce knowledge and usage – minimum skill level 5 - with an understanding of “360-degree customer view”.
Public speaking and presentations.
Personable, sales process understanding, outcome based goals, collaborative, high-level of integrity, solution mindset, understanding of empathy vs. sympathy.
Strong and proven negotiation and closing skills.
Nurturing/prospecting leads to book and conduct community tours.
Experience and accountability to assigned KPI’s.
Great communications skills and relationship building.

Offering:
Generous base pay + commissions (uncapped)
Base Salary $75K to $85K DOE

Pay: $70,552.00 - $152,598.00 per year

• Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Senior care: 1 year (Preferred)
