The Grappone Conference Center is adding a Catering Sales Manager to their team.

This position is responsible for ensuring events have a seamless turn-over from sales to service. You role and execution will drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout the guests experience. Your knowledge of the properties we work with, their grounds, products, and services will serve important to the guest experience. In addition to maintaining our vision by adhering to our values, this position must provide the highest level of service to our guests in all sales related functions while maximizing efficiencies and administrative support to the management teams.
