We are now seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Fairwinds Spokane!

Essential duties:
· Discover prospect and family member needs and help create a customized solution
· Cultivate strong relationships and establish trust
· Drive the sales process by assisting with tours, delivering exceptional creative follow-up

Must have a passion to learn sales and enjoy working with seniors. We will train the right person!

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must. May require some evenings and weekends.

This position has a base pay range of $18 - $20 per hour with potential for commission and bonuses. Commission and bonuses are based on monthly sales, and typically range from 20-50% of additional income from base salary.
