We are a successful and growing local manufacturer/distributor in the alternative culture industry, in business over 10 years, in a rapidly expanding, progressive market. We are looking for articulate, driven, and passionate individuals with a strong sales background.

Due to the continued growth of our company, we are looking to add a motivated, full-time sales representative to join our team. This position focuses on identifying potential new customers within our industry, developing relationships with newly acquired accounts and maintaining an above excellent relationship with our current customers. This individual must be a self-starter, trustworthy, responsible, team-oriented, driven, and work independently with little supervision and excellent communication skills. The company considers dependability, self-motivation, honesty, integrity and confidentiality to be of high importance.

*Seeking to fill position in March 2023.

Duties, Qualifications & Experience:

• Goal-focused, self-sufficient individual who takes initiative to grow sales
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Minimum 1-year sales experience
• Excellent communication and initiative taking skills
• Willingness to travel (out of the cold weather of Ohio) to several trade shows throughout the year. Some shows fall on weekends, advanced notice given.
• Exceptional work ethic
• Responsive team player
• Proficient in Excel, Word, G-Suite and CRM experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time, 9A-6P M-F

Training time in office, then a WFH hybrid split after the training period (1 day/week in office and as needed throughout year)

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
