Sales & Marketing Director - Upscale Senior Care and Senior Living

We are searching for a Sales and Marketing Director for a beautiful Senior Care community (Assisted Living and Memory Care) located in the greater San Jose area. You will cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources and communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community in order to advance sales to move-ins.

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of sales and marketing for the community through advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development.

Successful candidates will have a passion for sales and a unique understanding of enriching people’s lives through hospitality services. Previous experience in a Hospitality or Senior Living sales role is preferred.

Compensation package includes a generous base salary plus commission structure, as well as excellent benefits and room for professional growth.
