Pacific Northwest Premier Sailboat Dealer is looking for the next member of our award-winning sales team! Signature Yachts currently represent Beneteau (the world’s largest boat builder) and Fountaine Pajot Catamarans, along with the area’s finest brokerage boats. If you are a sales professional with a passion for sailing and creating memories that last a lifetime, this might be the right role for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Build Customer Rapport - spend time with customers to determine their needs and boat dreams, qualify them and discuss boat options for both new and used boats. We don’t just sell boats here; we sell dreams and build long lasting relationships.
- Build Customer Trust - become an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of each brand and model. Take customers on test sails demonstrating features. We represent high quality brands delivering exceptional value including one of the largest brands in the world.
- Manage sale negotiations – representing your customer, dealership and all vendors involved.
- Manage details from offer through survey, demo to final close with title company
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers and generate leads
- Participate in rotating office schedule including weekends
- Come have a blast with customers at company rendezvous

Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.
- Boat handling skills including sailing and general boat maneuvering
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Great team player to make a successful work environment
- Strong professional ethics and integrity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in computer, email and social media
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiating skills with high closing ratio
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours
Compensation:
- 100% commission - Largest minimum commission in the business
- Team share pay on each boat sold
- Full time position
- Potential yearly team bonus

Average Commission Pay: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year

- Sales: 2-4 year (Preferred)

- Office – 40 slip marina on Lake Union
