We are currently looking to expand our team and are interviewing for a commission based sales associate. We are a boutique fitness studio brand specializing in megaformer pilates with multiple locations throughout Florida and Southern California.

Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following:

• Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals
• Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members and superior customer service to keep long term members.
• Conduct in person studio sales after classes to new clients
• Prospect clients on our leads list using phone, text, and email
• Work with other businesses to promote opportunities to new members
• Performing various tasks to promote the MANTRA brand and services in the community including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, talking with prospects at local events.
• Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance based commissions and bonuses. Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness. Experience with Megaformer Pilates/Lagree Fitness a plus.

Pay is strictly commission based. You will receive 50% of all the revenue generated off of your membership sales for the first 3 months of each membership (as each one is a minimum 3 month commitment.). You will also receive 50% off any one time class packs sold. An example pay scenario would be selling 12 memberships per month at an average cost of $200 per membership, and 5 class packs at an average of $300 each. Month 1 would net $1,950; month 2 would net $3,150, month 3 would net $4,350, and so on.
