Full description of the position

We are looking for a qualified Radiology Sales Executive to join our team! The Outside Sales Representative is a Full-Time, Regular position working Monday-Friday, day shift hours in Spokane, WA.

Summary: This radiology sales role is responsible for developing and growing new and existing territories and increasing new monthly recurring revenue (MRC) contracts. We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell our IT solutions. In this role, your duties will include familiarizing yourself with the technical specifications of our products, assessing clients' IT needs, and demonstrating our IT solutions to potential clients.

To ensure success as a radiology sales representative, you should exhibit extensive sales experience in a radiology IT solutions environment, as well as in-depth knowledge of IT industry trends. Radiology sales representatives ensure that their IT sales and radiology expertise translates to increased sales revenue.

General Description: Using a relationship-based consultative sales approach aggressively identify/prospect/secure new business from prospective customers. Analyze customer business processes and strategically align them with our technology-based solutions that best fit their business needs & goals. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers, consistently maintain daily CRM data entry, meet daily/weekly/ monthly sales metrics, and continually develop prospect lists in target markets. Meet or exceed annual sales goals. The Outside Sales Representative must be able to work closely with a team of people in accomplishing radiology-based implementations.

  • Prospect, cold call, and develop new business within assigned markets.
  • Adhere to given sales metrics for new business development activities.
  • Outbound calling/email to potential clients daily to set face-to-face appointments.
  • Consistently closing sales and achieving monthly activity and revenue goals/quotas.
  • Manage monthly appointment activity and sales calls.
  • Maintains fundamental knowledge of IT standards as they relate to RIS and PACS.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and sales forecast, update CRM daily.
  • Demonstrates accurate CRM engagement including forecasting - captures activity information on a timely basis as client interactions occur to insure accurate product and services forecasting.
  • Ability to establish and expand relationships with key decision makers.
  • Keep updated on product and industry knowledge.
  • Attend product training as required.
  • Build referral sources and strategic centers of influence.
  • Attend networking events on a regular basis both during and after business hours.
  • Qualifies, proposes and closes “New MRC” opportunities for Nuvodia that meet revenue, margin, and technical requirements as defined by Sales Playbook.
  • Meets or exceeds defined sales goals determined on an annual basis as defined by the Quota provided at the beginning of each calendar year.

  • Maintains and continues to improve ongoing knowledge of Radiology IT Infrastructure trends.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in business-to-business sales

  • Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude, and being a good team player.
  • Strong training and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines.

Computer Skills:

  • Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
  • Business and Security technology platform knowledge is preferred.

Drug Test: Eligible employees must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test which includes marijuana and background check.

Pay: $65,700.54 - $105,581.11 per year
