The Sr Account Manager will be responsible for overall social media campaign lifecycle execution (reach, act, convert, engage), team mentoring and task management

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement social media strategies for clients that encompass content, channel, and audience. Demonstrate success in achieving KPP/KPI metrics via insights and analysis

· Work as part of an integrated PR and digital team, driving the strategic inclusion of social media across client programs, including but not limited to content development, community management, publishing best practices, channel strategy, test plan development, insights and analytic reports

· Oversee account teams to ensure seamless delivery of client work products including quality reviews and team accountability

· Oversee multiple projects/accounts with the ability to maintain cost, schedule & performance

· Build trusting relationships with team member and clients daily

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or public relations with 6-8 years of client facing digital experience (social media specialty preferred), with at least 3 years in a Marketing/PR agency setting

· Expertise to monitor and accurately project campaign performance. Comfort with data and using past results to drive future strategy

· Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms – primarily Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube – including both organic and paid strategies and capabilities

· Ability to take initiative and quickly adapt strategies/approach based on client direction, with a focus on attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:

· Possess a passion for teaching and mentoring team members, working in close collaboration with digital team leadership and account teams

· Baseline knowledge of earned media and marketing tactics (i.e., search, influencer, editorial), and where social media and digital activations can be integrated and measured. Maintain a pulse on social media and digital trends

· Experience with social media management, influencer management, analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
