Purpose of the Senior Lead program: The Senior Lead is intended to provide a Full-Time associate level experience for high potential Leads and Brand Associates who are interested in future leadership roles with the brand while supporting critical business needs. It is important that each Senior Lead receives the support, development and coaching needed to reach their full potential. Every leader in the store plays a critical role in bringing this program to life and creating the best possible experience for Senior Leads. Below you will find an overview of the Senior Lead Program. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.74 - $18.00 per hour
