The Role

In this fast-paced, dynamic position, you’ll serve as the critical link between stressed homeowners and Sales to resolve their roofing worries.

Primary Duties:

• Respond timely to a high volume of inbound phone and web-based leads from assigned platforms (e.g. Yelp, Angie’s List, etc.) to answer questions and schedule Sales appointments.
• Process new contracts and warranty registrations.
• Track and report on productivity metrics toward personal, team and company goals.
• Accurately capture data and monitor trends to assess return on investment of marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to learn multiple web-based platforms
• Strong work ethic and ability to juggle multiple demands
• Goal oriented
• Accurate and thorough data entry
• Professional and courteous phone and email communication skills
• Successful sales and customer service experience (in any industry)
• Experience scheduling/dispatching preferred
