What does an Inside Technical Support Associate Do?

Our Associates are part of our Sales Team and it's one of the many integral teams here at xByte. Support Associates will work with our Fulfillment Department and others within the Enterprise team throughout the sales cycle to ensure progression of orders. This includes working with our internal teams as well as communicating with customers. Most of our Enterprise Sales Representatives join the company as Support Associates, where they receive training from a technology and sales perspective. This is an entry-level position with the ability to grow into an Enterprise Sales Representative. Your growth within xByte has no limits as we offer continuous trainings and begin curating a path for you to become an Enterprise Sales Rep operating your own book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Have continuous communication with customers, vendors, and partners via phone and email
• Assisting Enterprise Reps with quotes/orders; learning the technical side and setting and being in customer meetings

Order Processing related activities:

• Following up with our warehouse fulfillment team
• Problem-solving
• Follow up and qualify sales leads
• Provide quotes and product data as needed by customers
• Actively respond to inbound customer requests via chat/phone
• Supports Operations and A/R efforts

Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• A business mindset with the ability to think on your feet
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
• Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
