Compensation DOE: up to $90K plus commissions and allowances.

Career Transitions is engaged with a Plastic and rubber extrusion manufacturer, with over 50 years’ experience, is seeking to add a Sales Manager to their team in the Pacific Northwest. The territory will include Washington, Oregon and Idaho (must reside in this area).

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager will work to grow and service existing accounts as well as add new accounts to their portfolio. This technical sales role will call upon OEM within 10+ diversified industries and will work with companies to solve application specific technical issues.

Sales Manager Background Profile:

• 5+ sales experience within manufacturing, prefer experience selling directly to OEM
• Plastic and rubber extrusion experience HIGHLY desired
• Degree is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Exceptional communication skills
