Full description of the position

Provide current and new customers with product updates and pricing, inventory stocking, delivery and backorder availability.

Process telephone orders by quoting pricing of product and substitute products if necessary.

Will be assigned one or more Outside Sales Representative providing support and service to the customer.

Prepares cash or charge tickets with necessary information from customers in accordance with company policy.

Reviews complaints concerning products, billing of sold product and provides resolution in accordance with company policy.

Promotes Branch and company specials as directed.

Maintains current customer information, contract terms, sales contracts, and inventory requirements.

Responsible for sales within a medium to large size territory.

Must have a minimum 2 years experience within the Electrical Distribution Industry.

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills required.

Must be knowledgeable and have demonstrated experience within electrical industries product lines.
