Full description of the position

  • We are currently looking to fill an outside sales position in Central California.
  • The ideal candidate is a hard-working sales representative who is currently in the cannabis space.
  • As a salesperson you will be a primary representative of Napalm and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing long-term B2B relationships with wholesale dispensary buyers and other distribution partners.
  • You will work closely with our sales lead and being a team player is key to this position!

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Secure orders and brand onboarding for licensed accounts.
  • Manage all potential accounts and prospects.
  • Track your daily activities, cold calls, and drop-ins.
  • Work closely with our sales lead and inside sales personnel.
  • Educate dispensaries and budtenders on our quality cannabis products.
  • Constantly strategizing how to upsell products and find new needs in existing accounts.
  • Attending social events to expand your network in the industry.
  • Provide reports and updates weekly to the sales manager and team.
  • Take over existing accounts with the intention to increase their sales.
  • You will be the point of contact for buyers at dispensaries.
  • Fair knowledge of current cannabis regulations that relate to distribution and retailers.
  • Must be extremely self-motivated and set own schedule with intention and discipline.
  • Excellent social skills – ability to be professional, as well as comfortable in cannabis culture.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Solid understanding of key Cannabis Brands in your sales territory plus direct and good connections with buyers in the industry.
  • Can work autonomously and remotely. Willing to take conference calls while on the field.
  • Willing to travel in and out of assigned territory as required.
  • Exceptional people and organizational skills.
  • Good team player and can work with all types of personalities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,737.41 - $125,671.21 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
