If you like software sales in the food service industry and have experience training or

helping people become proficient with business software, this could be the position you've been looking for!

System Concepts, Inc. is currently seeking a Sales Account Executive who can leverage the skills they have developed serving the food service software industry. The company is entering its 40th year developing software for the foodservice and hospitality industries under the brand name FOOD-TRAK ([please apply online] We have over

10,000 users around the world. The company provides great benefits including health insurance and profit-sharing, vacation time, and all the specific training required to represent and sell our application.

A background including foodservice software management, foodservice or hospitality accounting is a BIG plus particularly in complex F&B environments i.e. convention centers, amusement parks, resorts etc...

The most successful candidates have a customer service mindset with a solid understanding relating to food service operations, and has supported, sold, or trained food service professionals on how to use food service software. Examples of software related experience would include POS, catering, accounting and inventory just to name a few.

The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about helping food service people get to the next level while building trust and developing a relationship that makes them comfortable through your knowledge and consultative approach so they want to invest in their operations by using FOOD-TRAK.

Requirements:

 Previous business application software 3+ years

 Be results driven, have a positive attitude and a great sense of urgency
 Organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task

 Great communication, written and listening skills

 Proven skills as a strategic thinker who is process-orientated and able to work with deployment teams across all functions

 Ability to create and develop customer loyalty through solid relationship building

Responsibilities include:

 Maintain a high degree of quality outbound networking and prospecting resulting in new business by telephone

 Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and objectives

 Handle initial inquiries via web, e-mail and phone

 Set up and host trade show booth - building relationships that result in new business

 Maintain an existing client portfolio to ensure they are satisfied with our services and help expand their system

 Contact clients for maintenance and hosting plan renewals

 Maintain and build existing client relations to ensure the height of retention

Travel- 25% potentially

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
