Responsibilities

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life with daily follow up.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Complete necessary GM training quarterly
  • Perform all sales steps 100% of the time from the meet and greet to delivery of the vehicle.
  • Take pride in your personal workspace.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure customer is Completely Satisfied with the vehicle and answer any questions they may have.
  • Keep your CSI in good standing with GM in order to qualify for bonus monies
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Prospecting with our CRM tool and setting appointments on a daily basis to grow customer base

  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Self-starter with a drive to be the best
  • Work hard every day and have a game plan for success
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Background check and drug screen
