Fast Furniture Repair is a service company founded in 1994. Currently we are in 14 different states with 40 technicians and a local support staff of 35.

Scheduling Representatives handle inbound and outbound calls. All calls are to schedule and confirm appointments for furniture repair.

No Sales, No Cold Calls.

Hours of this position: Monday -Friday 8am – 5pm and alternating Saturdays 9am-1pm as needed.

Hours of the Call Center are M-F: 8am - 5pm Sat: 9am - 1pm

The ideal candidate must possess call center agent experience along with phone etiquette and computer skills.

Hourly Rate: Starting at $13.00/hr

REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHEDULING REPRESENTATIVE:

High School Diploma

One year of Call Center experience
