Call/Sales Representative:

Job Summary:

Contact, sell and service customers by telephone (No cold calling, Predictive Dialer Technology) Process orders, maintain accurate records, and provide the necessary follow-up to clients.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Update and maintain the computerized database.
• Inside Sales Representative/ Call Center environment.
• Outbound call center experience preferred.
• Participates in daily, weekly, and monthly contests to reward performance and create a healthy competitive environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a call center environment preferred
• Recent sales experience hitting a monthly quota
• Business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Prior outbound/ Call Center experience
