Casa di Mazzaro is a specialty kitchen, tea and gift store. We are seeking part time and full time retail sales/ tea associates. Do you love tea? Love kitchen gadgets? We are looking for a results driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties. Must be self motivated, eager, friendly, and energetic.

Responsibilities: Sales, Cashier, Selling tea at Tea bar, Product stocking, merchandising, light cleaning. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service, Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.“Go the extra mile” to drive sales, cross sell products, Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.

Hours of operation: Monday -Friday 10:00-5:00 Saturday 10:00-3:00, will work every Saturday

Requirements: Proven working experience as sales associate

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Solid communication and interpersonal skills Customer service focus
