Job Description:

Seeking full-time sales/marketing/operations associates. Must have sales/marketing/operations experience within BBQ / cooking & grill / smoker appliances vertical & a passion for outdoor cooking. Candidates must be personable and willing to be part of a small business team working environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Retail sales and customer service assistance in the shop
• Help expand retail sales to increase company profitability
• Ordering product, inventory accounting, stocking of shelves, opening & closing
• Grill assembly and deliveries
• Help coordinate storage options and deliver / pick up products when necessary
• Coordinate, market & execute cooking/BBQ demos & classes at the shop and at local events
• Periodic cleaning of shop, kitchen, baths and smokers
• Attend home shows / expos promoting Grill lines & products
• Assist with catering events & BBQ classes
• Assist in occasional competition setup, breakdown, cooking & vending
• Help expand charitable footprint through BBQ related events
• Retail sales, answering phone calls and customer service assistance in shops
• Help to coordinate warehouse logistics around incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Unloading trucks, organizing inventory & entering inventory into management systems
• Procedure documentation and updates around Standard Operating Procedures
• Become a small business “jack of all trades”

Opportunity to enter a fast growing, exciting small business. Candidate will be required to work weekends. Occasional travel will be required.

Full-Time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
