Sales Associate | Wholesale

An exciting opportunity exists in the Greater Cincinnati, OH area for an individual interested in building a career with a stable, well respected manufacturer’s rep agency in the Wholesale Plumbing, PVF, Hydronic and HVAC markets. This provides an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to build a rewarding long-term career with a company that appreciates and respects their team members.

Sales Associates represent our extensive line of products to wholesale distributors, supply houses and mechanical contractors and are responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships within a current group of customers at various levels of the supply chain. Our ideal candidate lives in the Greater Cincinnati or surrounding areaand is interested in:

• Working from home, traveling daily by car with limited (1 - 2 nights/mo.) overnight
• A mix of 70% customer-facing outside sales and 30% merchandising
• A training program by Senior Reps and Directors in the company
• Increased opportunities for job satisfaction and personal growth
• Business development with our Southern OH commercial customers

Qualified candidates are eligible for:

• Competitive base salary depending on experience

Qualifications

• One (1) year of customer-facing experience with strong PC or CRM skills is preferred.
• Our ideal candidate is a resourceful self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Plumbing, HVAC or Mechanical industry knowledge or trade school training is a plus
• Direct sales of tangible products into commercial or industrial markets is a plus
• Facility engineering knowledge of products for Plumbing or HVAC markets is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
