We think dog people are good people. Here, at Scenthound, we are revolutionizing the dog care industry, and we're looking for a Front Desk Membership Sales Associate (receptionist) to join our Jupiter Pack!

Our ideal candidate is someone who has a dynamic, outgoing, friendly personality, is sales motivated, customer service focused, and loves animals! Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills, sales and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task. If this person is you, then keep reading!

Duties will include:

• Providing excellent customer service to members and customers in person and by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and selling memberships
• Maintaining a clean and inviting lobby and front desk
• Entering accurate and up-to-date customer information into our software
• Calling to confirm appointments for the next day
• Filling any openings in the schedule
• Assisting with the washing/drying of towels at the end of the day in preparation for the next day
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Experience:

• Previous office/receptionist experience required
• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with members/customers on the benefits of our membership clubs
• Ability to whistle while you work in a fun, fast paced environment
• A strong communicator with members and customers as well as management and staff

Candidates must be available to work within a Mon-Sat 8 AM - 5 PM, Sun 9AM - 4PM time frame.
