Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating, independently and locally owned Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Sales and Installation Manager

Position: HVAC Sales and Installation Manager
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, PTO

HVAC Sales and Installation Manager Position Summary:
The HVAC Sales and Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel as well as hiring, development, monitoring, and evaluation of the team. They will also maintain current pricing on all job cost spreadsheets and review sold jobs to ensure accurate pricing and that the correct equipment was sold to the customer. All other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 3+ years of HVAC B2C outside sales experience
• 3+ years of sales management experience
• 2+ years of HVAC installation management experience
• Strong sales, customer service, and management skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience with service and dispatching systems preferred
• Ability to reach set metrics and company goals
• Proficient in basic math and accounting skills
• Ability to inspire and lead a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
