Full description of the position

Envirogrow/Mulch solutions started in 1991 as a sole proprietor and then incorporated in 1997. Since our incorporation we have become the #1 blower truck installer in the DC metro area for blower truck installation of green roofs and playground safety surface. We also provide outstanding landscape maintenance services in the Northern Virginia region. We are adding additional blower trucks to our fleet.

We are increasing our advertising for our maintenance services and will need well rounded individuals with landscape expertise. Our small staff operates out of our new facilities in Chantilly Virginia. We offer a flexible schedule during the week. The position will require you to have a large knowledge base of the landscape industry.

This will include plant knowledge, bidding RFQs, reading construction plans, bidding projects, and interacting with residential clients. You will meet on-site with staff to walk through projects. You will create, send, and follow proposals throughout the entire sales process. You will assist with client relations and problem solving.

The position has aspects of business development and cultivation of client relations. The position requires you to work both independently and with a team to complete tasks at hand. Qualifications needed for the position include a bachelors degree. A minimum of 2-4 years of current relevant experience in the landscaping industry.

Your experience includes management of over $1.5 million in revenue produced via new sales and client retention.
