We are looking for a high-performance automotive Sales Manager to help us meet and exceed our customer needs. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and bringing the best customer service experience to our clients. There is great growth opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong business presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Focus on innovation and competitiveness while creating a solid sales team.

Skills

• Automotive dealership experience required
• Successful previous experience as a sales associate or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education of manufacture products and services
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from open to close
• Strong business sense and automotive expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Retail Store Managers: 1 year (Preferred)
