The role
The Sales Engineering team is critical to our business and plays a critical role in our sales process every single day. As a Sales Engineer working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services teams, you will be presenting our solutions to customers, be responsible for design and architecture, and will have full technical ownership of the sales engagements. Your day-to-day
- You will be the technical owner of pre-sales engagements
- Work in tandem with the Sales team to develop and execute each account’s sale strategy
- Build use cases that satisfy the customer needs and reflect the company strategy
- Present our unique offering to customers, produce and run demos, and lead evaluations
- Influence the product roadmap using customer insight while working closely with the Product Management and Engineering Teams
- Attend and present at customer and industry events
- Ensure a smooth customer experience through documentation and handovers to the Professional Services Team
- Occasional business travel
What you bring to the team
- Proven hands-on experience in a Sales Engineering role, ideally in the cyber-security industry
- Proven experience in authentication technologies like SAML, biometrics and SSO
- A track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills from fellow engineers to the C-suite
- A very positive attitude and the ability to work in a globally distributed team
Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science or a related subject
- CISSP or other similar industry certification
- Ability to work in Spanish, German, or French
This is a "remote" position. Candidate must live in the United States.
