Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for Export Customers.
• Prepare customer quotes.
• Process customer orders.
• Coordinate with Purchasing the inventory and quantities needed based on required delivery date.
• Coordinate with other internal departments: Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations, Logistics.
• Handle customer issues resolution
• Help AR keep the account current of past due amounts

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in Export Sales, preferably Food & Beverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, MS office, ERP.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of formulas like vlookup’s is highly encouraged.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good team development and leadership skills.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Current knowledge of the food and/or The Cruise Line industry would be ideal but not necessary.
