Roles and Responsibilities

Focus will be to meet the needs of our Municipal and Residential clients, existing and new. We serve the commercial, industrial, contractor base and residential markets in Eastern/Coastal NH, Southern ME and Northeast MA. This position would be based out of our Somersworth, NH location.

• Calling on Municipalities, Schools, Multi-Unit Housing, Property Managers, Industrial Manufactures.
• Field Diagnostics of electric motor and pump services.
• Listen to understand the needs of the client.
• Offer the full list of Services and Products on our line card.
• Be focused and on task.
• Know your audience and ask for support, be present through the resolve of the clients' needs.
• Communicate with Management and the Internal Team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma, 1-years of Customer Service experience, proficient both in written and verbal skills, Professional Presence.

Preferred Skills

Ability to multi-task, detailed oriented, ability to follow/take direction, independent thinker, knowledge of Electric Motors and Pumps is a plus.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: YOU ARE REPRESENTING THE AAA PUMP SERVICE/FAY ELECTRIC MOTORS BRAND EACH AND EVERY DAY.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
