Bilingual Benefits Enroller

As a bilingual sales representative, you’ll be empowered to:

· Build relationships with businesses in your community

· Maximize your competitive advantage and earning potential as a bilingual sales representatives by reaching even more businesses

· Work with employers and help provide them with benefit solutions for their business, including cost management tools, HR and administrative time savings, benefits communication and engagement and employee financial protection through our personal insurance products

Desired Skills & Experience:

· Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently.

· Ability to build lasting relationships with business leaders and understand their benefit needs.

· Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

· You will need to be a licensed insurance agent. Not required to start the process!

Successful bilingual sales representatives will enroll employees in their benefit plans and provide service to their existing customers. They will sell direct, as well as through insurance brokers, to businesses of all sizes in their local communities.

This is a 1099 position.
