Job Duties

2. Process Ups, Postal services, Freight services

3. Sell mail boxes services

4. Weight outgoing mail to determine postage and sell stamps

5. Meter mail

6. Fax documents and maintain fax listings

7. Make copies: B/W and color

8. Duplicates Keys

9. Pack and ship boxes

10. Restock office and shipping supplies

Job Requirements

1. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

2. Available Weekend hours (closed on Sundays)
3. Willing to learn

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication skills

2. Retail/Sales and customer service experiences

3. Familiar with small business machines

4. Knowledgeable on the computers

5.Must be proficient in Microsoft Publisher
