Full description of the position

At UpEquity, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking qualified Business Advisors to screen potential agents/customers who can benefit from our products and services. The ideal Business Advisor has a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and managing a pipeline of real estate agents and homebuyers. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.


As an Senior UpEquity Advisor (Senior Account Executive), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Educate realtors and buyers on the value of UpEquity and its products.
  • Manage an inbound pipeline of offer reviews scheduled on your calendar.
  • Maintain a book of business of realtors and touch base with each.
  • Document and follow-up on all activities within SFDC database.
  • Accountable for converting leads and bringing clients onboard with the trade up program.
  • You strive to close deals and have a tenacious & thorough follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years preferred, not required, of tele-sales experience: cold calling and closing business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Background in real estate is helpful but not required
  • A passion for continual learning with a desire and willingness to be coached
  • Self-starter with a “get-it-done” mentality
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high work ethic
  • Possesses confidence, persistence, and relationship building skills

Important Details:

  • You must reside in Austin, vicinity or be willing to self-relocate
  • You must be willing to work in the office 5 days a week

This is an hourly based position plus commission, Trade Up and customer service bonuses.
