Objective of the Role:

The primary purpose is to grow the business by generating year-over-year sales growth at both existing accounts (new doctors and/or new products) and creating entirely new accounts.

Additional responsibilities include:

Hospital customer support, education/training of clinicians, compliant with clinician engagement guidelines, purchasing contract execution, customer communication, physician/practice support, coordinating evaluations and trials, submitting proposals, and managing pricing. This individual is the primary representative of the company to their assigned customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Travel percentage expectation: 40%
• Demonstrated Leadership in High School & College. Can include Fraternity/Sorority officer, school government, sports team captain, started own company or elected positions.
• Experience working for a well-organized (B2B) company within the first year out of college.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience selling to decision makers that buy on complex criteria.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong relationship orientation and strategic thinking skills.
