Work in the field with a management team that is dedicated to your success and has proven top reps in the industry. Our training is very easy to learn that will provide you with the tools to succeed and excel quickly. We have in depth training exercises every week from our top reps to keep everyone sharp. As a new rep our leaders will work 1 on 1 with you on and off the field making sure you are fully prepared for your first week with us. Our team holds the highest per rep average for sales across multiple installers. We assure you immediate results regardless of your experience.

Opportunity for growth always lies ahead for individuals at National Renewables Group. We have a proven path for our reps to take to get into our Manager in Training Program. Individuals with a clear history of success will be invited to join this program and will be trained by our upper management. This program is designed to expand growth opportunities with our company.

Requirements:

- Reliable Transportation

Energy Specialist Role:

- Educate homeowners on the value of solar

- Generating qualified leads

- Providing clear communication with homeowners to help them through their solar project

We offer a $2,000 performance bonus for new reps

Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
