Budtender, Sales Associate PT to Fulltime
i502 Spokane, WA

We're looking for professional Budtenders (Sales Associates) to serve customers with their marijuana needs. Must be presentable and thrive in a friendly sales environment. If you share our love for cannabis and love helping others, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly
- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers in regards to marijuana products
- Build relationships with customers by capturing contact info and sharing promotions
- Daily tasks include merchandising display, actively increasing your marijuana knowledge, light cleaning.

Qualifications

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of retail/customer service or hospitality experience required.
- Must have completed High School or equivalent.
- Sober minded professional
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about marijuana.
- Must be DETAILED oriented and able to retain information at a fast pace environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to transition and adapt well to change and learn new procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Follow instructions and is an excellent listener
- Complete projects promptly

Scheduling Requirements

- Part-time to full-time
- Must be flexible and willing to work on weekends
- Extra hours are available to cover shifts

Applicants must complete a drug test (THC ok) before starting work.

30-day probationary period applies
