Salesperson Job Summary (Northern California)
Key Mechanical is seeking an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our energetic team and will be based out of our Livermore, California office. The individual in this role would provide appropriate product and service solutions for clients. Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care, acquisition, and company profitability.
Salesperson Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via phone, email and in person site visits
- Schedule sales appointments and sales activities
- Promote our products and services to new and existing customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
- Secure contracts by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
- Develop strategies for more effective client interactions
- Maintain positive client relationships to ensure lifetime value
- Answer client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
- Source and develop client referrals
- Track personal appointments, pipeline reports, and sales goals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Continuously improve through constructive feedback
Salesperson Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Client centric attitude
- Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
- Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
- Proven track record in the sales environment
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to create and deliver client presentations
- Expert in time management and personal organization
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but may accept relevant experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
