Draco Natural Products is a manufacturer of botanical extract ingredients for the sport nutrition, dietary supplement, functional food/beverage, and personal care industries.

This is a full-time, in-house sales position located at our San Jose, CA headquarters. Experience in cosmetics, personal care, nutritional, and/or fine chemical industry is a plus.

Applicants for this sales position must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are looking for self-motivated people who value the earning potential a sales position can offer. This candidate must have the flexibility to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computer software is required, especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and database management.

This position is immediately available.

Some of the duties will include:

• Working directly with Inside Sales Manager to identify potential of current customer base as well as leads through various channels.
• Maintaining and growing existing sales with regular contact with customer base.
• Entry of gathered information into Draco CRM and follow up when necessary.
• Understanding Draco advantages and identifying applications for potential sales.
• Assisting outside salespersons and distributors.
• Attendance at various tradeshows throughout the year.
• Some travel to specific accounts for product presentations and project development.
• Assist with various projects including tradeshows, promotional items and marketing materials.

The person chosen for this position will be rigorously trained in all aspects of the company and products, and expected to effectively present this information to customers.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
